Previously offered as the DS525X, the model now returns with a significant upgrade, a new 581cc engine replacing the earlier 494cc engine. This enhancement delivers a notable performance boost, with power output reaching 63 HP and torque climbing to 57 Nm.
The model is powered by 𝑽𝒐𝒈𝒆’𝒔 𝒕𝒉𝒊𝒓𝒅-𝒈𝒆𝒏𝒆𝒓𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏 𝑲𝑬𝑳600 𝒑𝒂𝒓𝒂𝒍𝒍𝒆𝒍 𝒕𝒘𝒊𝒏 𝒆𝒏𝒈𝒊𝒏𝒆, reflecting a continued commitment to refinement and development. Its evolution over multiple iterations suggests a focus on reliability, with earlier design challenges likely to have been addressed through successive improvements.
Among the key updates is a revised firing order, shifting from 180 to 270 degrees. This change enhances acceleration and introduces a distinctive new engine sound. The engine also gains an additional 87cc, contributing to a claimed power increase of over 34% and a 28% boost in torque from the previous model. Notably, the bike is engineered to comply with Euro 5 emissions standards.

The Voge 625DS is equipped with Nissin disc brakes, offering strong and reliable stopping power especially valuable for a mid-weight adventure bike. Complementing this setup is a switchable ABS braking system, which allows riders to toggle ABS on or off depending on terrain. This flexibility is particularly useful for off-road riding, where some riders prefer direct brake control without ABS intervention. Together, the Nissin brakes and switchable ABS enhance both safety and adaptability across varied riding conditions.
